Where required, patch tests must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange and attend their patch test.

Deposits secure your appointment time and are transferable with more than 24 hours’ notice.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Full payment in advance will be required to secure any future bookings.

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Clients are kindly asked to arrive promptly. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in the appointment being shortened or cancelled, at the discretion of Belle Visage.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. For brow treatments, I recommend waxing or tweezing to your preferred shape 4–7 days prior. Hair removal cannot be carried out on the day. Caffeine, alcohol, and sunbed use should be avoided for 24 hours prior to treatment.

Clients must disclose any history of cold sores, including in childhood.
Prescription antiviral medication from your GP is required for one week before and after treatment.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions or medications that may affect treatment, healing, or results, including but not limited to: keloid scarring, blood disorders, diabetes, pregnancy or breastfeeding, HIV/hepatitis, epilepsy, cancer, steroid or skin medications, anti-coagulants, or any condition affecting healing, bruising, or bleeding.
Failure to disclose may result in refusal of treatment without refund.

Clients with existing semi-permanent makeup must provide clear photographs for assessment prior to booking. Approval is required before treatment can be carried out.

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Colour changes and fading during the healing process are normal. Semi-permanent treatments require maintenance over time.

Following aftercare guidance is essential to achieve optimal results. Belle Visage cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by poor aftercare.

Appointments are reserved for the client only. No additional guests or children are permitted.
Clients must be 18 years or older. Valid photo identification may be requested.
